r4 nintendo ds Lite ?

I was looking and purchasing the new R4 chips these are called R4 SDHC. but i am not sure if these are legal to sell in the uk?

The R4’s do not come with the Kernel/Firmware therefore does not provide any software to use for copyrite infringement.

So are these legal to sell in the uk or not

no no lol it isnt about customs, its just that i have my one at the moment and just wanted to sell it on but just paranoid if this is allowed, so at the moment one person says its legal the other says its illegal lool
