Pandora Battery and Magic Memory Stick and a PSP with 6.20 FW?

ok, to start, i have a psp with 6.20 FW. i found out that i need a pandora battery and magic memory stick to downgrade and install custom FW. oh yeah did i mention i want to hack my psp to play my LEGAL backups? ok, now that’s outta the way i just need either a good n00b guide for hacking the psp. i want the latest cfw (its cfw 5.03 isn’t it?) and also how to boot my backups in cso format. thx in advance!
