okay yahoo help my make my camaro awesome

I have a 97 White camaro its a bit run down though. there are a few spots of chipped paint. some of the plastic that covers stuff in the car is broken off, the dash is cracked all the way down. so yeah I want to upgrade my baby. it’s going to take a loong time to do because my job sucks and so i’m broke but heres what I want to do..
I want to paint it all black and maybe pink racing strips, but my boyfriend says Itd be cheaper to just find another camaro for sale then it would to paint it. but i really like MINE.
second I want to but HID lights in it
third I WANT to replace EVERYTHING interior the seats the dash, pretty much all the plastic.
fourth I want to make it sound amazing it just sounds like a normal car which sucks.
fith sound system yes I’ma base lover
oh and the person who had the car before me lowered it. its waaaay to damn low,
soo tires, shocks, and struts.
think thats all help me out here what should I do, get, should I change something, tell me what you think I should do.
