Is there a voip phone adapter that I can sell with monthly service, and if they don\’t pay I can cutoff service?

Basically, I want to find a VoIP system that I can install in someone’s house (they will use their DSL service to use the phone). I give them 24/7 support and they pay me $10 to $20 per month to use the phone. If they do not pay for the month then I want to be able cutoff their service until I am paid. Do they have these out there?
