connect wiimote to pc?

do you guys know how to connect a wiimote to a 64 bit windows 7 machine. its a laptop, and i do have bluetooth. i have bluesoleil but that doesn’t work, i read online that bluesoleil and the windows 7 “find a device” can’t both be enabled at the same time, so if u can tell me how to disable the windows 7 bluetooth that would be great. i think this is also why when i try to turn on bluetooth in bluesoleil it says “bluetooth” hardware not found. if ur wondering im making my computer into a touch screen.
