Any way to make a USB headset work with an analog voip phone..?

I’ve got a Logitech USB headset that I’ve always used on my computer. We recently got a full phone system and I’d like to use my headset with the phone. The problem is the phone’s headset output is a standard phone jack. There is no USB (or even separate mic/headphones) input on the phone.

I’ve been trying to find some sort of an adapter but I can’t seem to dig one up. Anybody know of a solution to this? Would be much appreciated. Thanks!
